Job summary

Tropicale Foods, LLC is seeking a Sr. HR Manager to lead the HR function at our Ontario, CA food manufacturing facility. This hands‑on leadership role drives safety culture, talent development, and employee engagement across the plant.

The candidate will manage HR operations, collaborate with production leaders, and champion continuous improvement and LEAN practices to align workforce and production goals. Fluency in Spanish and English is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 8+ years of HR business partner experience.
• Experience in staffing, employee engagement, retention and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. HR laws and regulations; bilingual Spanish and English is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with production leaders to implement people plans.
• Drive engagement by promoting company vision and culture initiatives.
• Administer HR functions including compensation, recruitment, training, and benefits.
• Coach and develop HR professionals and plant leadership.
