Job summary

Slate Auto LLC is seeking an experienced HR leader to partner with plant leadership in launching and scaling our manufacturing site. You will shape people strategies, culture, and policies, while building a robust HR team onsite.

You will guide talent management, workforce planning, and employee relations for a 1,500+ employee base, driving engagement and continuous improvement across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of applicable HR experience with at least 3+ years in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading HR strategies for a large site and managing employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Lead human resources strategy for a manufacturing site and support executives on culture, values, and people programs.
• Develop organizational designs, succession planning, and performance management processes.
• Drive workforce planning, talent management, and employee development initiatives.
• Oversee HR operations including benefits administration, compliance, and training.
• Utilize data analytics to influence talent decisions and workforce strategy.
• Collaborate with plant leadership to implement people-first initiatives and policies.
• Support recruitment, retention, and employee relations for a 1,500+ employee site.
