The primary objective of this role is to deliver high-quality, safe, and specialized treatments, ensuring that all work is done correctly rather than resorting to rushed, volume-focused practices.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex health issues affecting trees, shrubs, and turf, specifically identifying insects, pathogens, and environmental stressors.
• Administer fertilizers, pesticides, and other specialized plant treatments safely and accurately.
• Prioritize impeccable work quality and strict safety protocols over volume-based speed on every job site.
• Operate, respect, and maintain heavily invested, top-tier company machinery.
• Execute routine pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections, clean machinery, and promptly report any mechanical needs.
• Participate actively in continuous education and high-level training programs provided by the employer.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working as a Lawn and Plant Health Technician.
• Demonstrated expertise in chemical mixing, safe handling, equipment calibration, and rigorous use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
