The Plant Health Care Team are specialists dedicated to inspecting plant material, identifying problems, and ethically treating or preventing issues faced by trees and shrubs. They are our team of “detectives,” approaching each plant disease or infestation as a puzzle to solve. This role offers the opportunity to work outdoors and visit beautiful properties in your community.

The Plant Health Care Team focuses on ensuring the health and well-being of trees and shrubs on clients’ landscapes within a specific territory. Responsibilities include monitoring, diagnosing, and treating pest and disease infestations, selecting appropriate treatments, and interacting with clients through written diagnostic reports. Customer satisfaction is a priority.

What we are looking for:

• A desire to grow, problem solve, and improve processes
• Degree in Arboriculture, Urban Forestry, Horticulture, Plant Science, Plant Pathology, Environmental Sciences, Landscape Management, Turfgrass, or related experience (preferred)
• Ability to work autonomously with responsibility and independence
• Excellent communication skills to understand and meet client needs

Willingness to learn:

• Tree and plant identification
• Safe and proper use of spray and application equipment

Essential requirements:

• Completion of required trainings for certifications and licenses
• Willingness to work outdoors
• Valid driver’s license for operating service vehicles
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
