Job Summary: The Plant Health Care Team are specialists dedicated to inspecting plant material, identifying problems, and ethically treating or preventing issues faced by trees and shrubs. They are our team of "detectives," viewing each plant disease or infestation as a puzzle to solve. This role offers the opportunity to work outdoors and visit beautiful properties in your community.

The Plant Health Care Team focuses on ensuring the health and well-being of trees and shrubs on clients' landscapes within a specific territory. This involves monitoring, diagnosing, and treating pest and disease infestations, and selecting appropriate treatments. Additional responsibilities include interacting with clients, providing written diagnostic reports, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

This position offers a pay rate of $34-40/hr (depending on experience and certifications) plus benefits, PTO, and 401(k).
