Job summary

Oetiker, Inc. is seeking a senior operations leader to oversee production, quality and logistics in our automotive manufacturing environment. You will champion safety, drive world-class uptime, and ensure adherence to IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ESG-related requirements.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and partner with HR to address labor relations while steering continuous improvement initiatives toward operational excellence and cost efficiency across the entity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
• Extensive leadership experience in automotive with strong quality requirements (IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, TISAX).
• Proven track record in managing high-volume production with diverse product mix.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production, quality and logistics activities to meet KPIs and customer demands.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality and efficiency.
• Lead the entity's governance, budgets and cost management while ensuring compliance with standards.
