Job description

Role Overview:

This is a seasonal position, allowing you to utilize your winters off to travel, hunt, fish, or engage in other activities you enjoy, while your benefits continue year-round.

Responsibilities:

1. Maximize bituminous plant production through monitoring equipment operation and performing preventative maintenance.
2. Conduct daily equipment and site inspections to identify and correct unsafe conditions and maintain equipment properly.
3. Safely perform maintenance and startup of the plant.
4. Monitor oil consumption, complete daily progress reports, and manage excess materials.
5. Fill silo, set up and calibrate the plant, and assist with repairs.
6. Ensure compliance with MSHA, OSHA, EPA, DNR, safety, and environmental regulations.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Mechanical and electrical experience.
• Ability to maintain proper licensure, medical card, and acceptable driving record.
