BlackRock Aggregate & Asphalt Supply LLC is in need of a Plant Groundsman.

Black Rock Services is a producer of construction materials such as crushed stone, and aggregate based materials such as hot mix asphalt.

Job Description

This role helps maintain the plant facility of a Hot Mix Asphalt operation. This position requires safety-minded individuals with strong drive and enthusiasm to advance our organization forward by performing various general production, operational, hands-on duties on a frequent basis.

Job Requirements

1. Visual inspections of mechanical operations, daily recording and reporting of inspection findings, facility maintenance and organization, gathering and delivering supplies and materials, and assisting in maintaining optimal facility uptime.
2. Perform a variety of tasks involved with the production of hot mix asphalt while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
3. Ensure a clean facility by collecting used hardware, parts, and trash to dispose of properly.
4. Maintain plant roadways with a mobile sweeper.
5. Operate a water truck.
6. Continually walk the plant looking for any potential problems.
7. Inspect plant per inspection documents and grease the plant accordingly.
8. Bilingual (not required but a plus).
9. Authorized to work in the United States.
10. Valid Driver's License.
