Job summary

Cavco Industries, Inc. is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee plant operations and drive safety, quality, and profitability. You will align production with business plans, manage KPIs, and lead a multidisciplinary team across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in manufactured housing or related industry.
• Proven leadership and supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and support multiple teams in consistently achieving production goals.
• Demonstrated capability to coach and develop people leaders, including functional managers.
• Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Overall leadership, performance, and compliance of the plant.
• Develop annual business planning narratives with department heads.
• Ensure operations are aligned with business plan objectives daily, weekly, monthly, and annually.
• Coordinate with Regional Vice President and Cavco Compliance Department on legal matters.
• Review monthly budget versus actual performance and implement corrective actions.
• Establish high expectations through strong processes across management areas.
