Job summary

Tom Trese Networking LLC is seeking a seasoned manager with a strong background in corrugated box conversion and corrugator operations to lead our facility. The role requires 5+ years of progressive management experience, including budget oversight and project management skills.

You will drive profitability, ensure safety and quality, and spearhead continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating with sales and key accounts.

Qualifications

• Box conversion background required, paper to box experience essential.
• 5+ years of progressive management experience, including at least 3 years in an industry segment management role.
• Operational oversight including budget and financial management.
• Proven ability to lead with clear goal setting and by example.
• Experience in project management with KPI focus on production efficiency, overhead, profitability, safety and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Drive plant profitability while ensuring safety and quality requirements are met.
• Develop and implement business plans aligned with company goals and strategic vision.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives aligned with strategic direction.
• Build partnerships with commercial/sales teams to identify growth opportunities and maintain key account relationships.
• Oversee facility production to meet short-term and long-term divisional objectives and optimize efficiency.
