Job summary

Beehive Industries in Centennial, CO is seeking a Plant Fulfillment Manager to own end-to-end material flow and on-time delivery for engines. You will align production schedules with material readiness, lead cross-functional execution across procurement, manufacturing, quality and engineering, and drive calendar-based plans to optimize plant throughput.

The role requires 8+ years in manufacturing or supply chain, a relevant degree, strong ERP/MRP/MES knowledge, and the ability to influence

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
  • 8+ years in manufacturing, production control, or supply chain execution.
  • Experience in aerospace or defense is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP, MRP, and MES systems.
  • Solid understanding of AS9100 and DoD requirements.
  • Ability to drive execution and work under pressure.
  • Ability to influence cross-functionally without direct authority.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end fulfillment execution at the plant, ensuring material readiness and alignment to production schedules.
  • Drive on-time start and on-time delivery performance, identifying and resolving risks to schedule adherence.
  • Own and execute Line of Balances to identify upcoming capacity constraints, mitigating gaps with the operations team.
  • Act as the primary integration point across procurement, manufacturing, quality, and engineering to ensure uninterrupted production flow.
  • Partner with site leadership to translate the master production schedule into daily and weekly execution plans.
  • Monitor shop floor performance and respond to material shortages, constraints, and quality disruptions.
  • Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to align inbound materials and outbound deliveries.
  • Partner with peer fulfillment leaders across sites to balance demand and constraints for enterprise delivery commitments.
  • Drive visibility through dashboards including on-time delivery, on-time starts, and schedule attainment.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase flow and predictability.
  • Support S&OP execution and build plan adjustments at the site level.
  • Ensure adherence to AS9100, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements.

Role Overview

Beehive Industries is dedicated to Powering American Defense by revolutionizing the design, development, and delivery of jet propulsion systems to support the warfighter. Through the integration of additive manufacturing, the company aims to meet the growing and urgent needs for unmanned aerial defense by dramatically improving a jet engine’s speed to market, fuel efficiency, and cost.

Founded in 2020, the company is headquartered in Centennial, Colorado, with additional facilities in Knoxville, Tennessee, Loveland Ohio, and Mount Vernon, Ohio. Beehive is committed to grow and advance the defense industrial base while manufacturing exclusively in the USA. This role will be located at our Centennial, Colorado facility.

Beehive Industries isseekinga highly driven Plant Fulfillment Manager to own end to end execution of material flow and delivery performance at the site level. This roleis responsible forensuring the right material is available at the right time to support production, while driving on time delivery of engines to customers.

Thisrolepartners closely with the Director of Manufacturing Operations and site leadership team to ensure alignment between production execution, material readiness, and delivery commitments. The role connects supply chain, production, engineering, and quality to remove constraints, mitigate risk, and ensure schedule adherence across the plant.

In addition to site execution, this role partners closely with fulfillment leaders across other sites to align priorities, resolve constraints, and deliver against enterprise-wide customer commitments.

The ideal candidate brings strong operational execution experience, deep understanding of manufacturing and supply chain systems, and the ability to influence cross functionally in a fast-pacedaerospace environment.

What You'll Do...
  • Own end to end fulfillment execution at the plant, ensuring material readiness and alignment to production schedules
  • Drive on time start and on time delivery performance, proactivelyidentifyingand resolving risks to schedule adherence
  • Own and execute Line of Balances toidentifyupcoming capacityconstraints, working closely with theoperations team tomitigate any gaps
  • Act as the primary integration point across procurement, manufacturing, quality, and engineering to ensure uninterrupted production flow

  • Partner with peer fulfillment leaders across sites to balance demand, share constraints, and support enterprise delivery commitments
  • Drive visibility through operational dashboards including on time delivery, on time starts, and schedule attainment
  • Identifyand implement process improvements to increase flow, reduce delays, and improve predictability
  • Support S&OP execution and build plan adjustments at the site level
  • Ensure adherence to AS9100, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements within fulfillment and production processes
You Have...
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field. Master’s preferred
  • 8 plus years of experience in manufacturing, production control, or supply chain execution, preferably in aerospace or defense
  • Proven experienceoperatingin a plant environment with direct impact on production and delivery performance
  • Strong working knowledge of ERP, MRP, and MES systems
  • Solid understanding of aerospace quality systems including AS9100 and DoD requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to drive execution, solve problems in real time, andoperateunder pressure
  • Strong cross functional leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence without direct authority
  • Ability to balance tactical execution with strategic prioritization in a dynamic environment
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issues security clearance is required. U.S. Citizenship is required, as only U.S. Citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this position is $140,000-$155,000 base salary. Please note that wage information is a general guideline only, and we will consider factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, and market conditions when extending an offer.
