Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in a industrial setting.
• Ability to plan, organize and manage daily activities.
• Strong oral and written communication skills for team coordination.
• Proven ability to control costs while maintaining productivity.

Responsibilities

• Comply with safety rules, procedures and government regulations.
• Manage plant production operations for maximum productivity and equipment availability.
• Plan and organize daily team activities.
• Develop action plans to meet production budgets and cost targets.
• Attend scheduled departmental and safety meetings.
• Follow MSHA guidelines and safety procedures.
