Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred.
• 1–3 years in a supervisory role in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate activities of plant floor or warehouse staff.
• Review schedules and ensure resources and materials are available.
• Maintain safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
• Train and develop team members and drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor performance, report results, and escalate issues when needed.
