AHF Products seeks a Plant Controller for our Cartersville, GA facility. You will partner with the Plant Manager and Director of Manufacturing Accounting to consolidate and report production financials, analyze costs, and drive profitability.

You will lead cost accounting, productivity metrics, and monthly forecasts, while coaching staff on cost drivers and accounting concepts to improve performance and ensure accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• 5+ years of accounting/finance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong Excel experience.
• Able to pass background check, employment verification and drug screening.
• Commitment to safety guidelines and PPE as required.

Responsabilités

• Close month-end reports, analyze variances to budget and forecast for management.
• Perform account analysis and reconciliation for plant operations.
• Prepare plant production reports and KPI dashboards.
• Model costs for new products and process changes.
• Develop economic cost studies for projects and equipment.
• Lead productivity reporting and cost-improvement initiatives.
• Support cost-reduction opportunities with plant management.
• Develop annual budget and update standards in M3.
• Provide guidance to staff on cost drivers and accounting terms.
