What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary financial business partner for the Clarkston, Georgia, and Lexington, Kentucky plants
- Lead plant teams through annual operating plan, monthly forecasting, and review processes
- Support business teams in developing new business proposals and government audits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and implement initiatives that meet financial and operational goals
- Ensure compliance with 3M’s Global Financial Standards and influence resource allocation decisions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance and Accounting from an accredited institution
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a corporate environment or financial services
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with government contract Cost Accounting Standards (CAS)
