Job summary

Stellantis in Kokomo, IN, is seeking a Manufacturing Financial Analyst to provide financial analysis of daily, weekly, and monthly operating results. You will develop skills, innovate, and take on expanded roles with potential for global exposure.

You will learn to build relationships across the organization to reach SPW goals, manage the lifecycle budgets, forecasts, and financial planning, and communicate results to stakeholders. A strong analytic mindset and ownership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
• Professional, Co-op or internship experience in a similar finance/accounting role
• Understanding of core Finance or Accounting principles
• Ability to gather and analyze large amounts of data and provide reports to operations
• Willingness to grow a career in Manufacturing Finance
• Ability to budget, forecast and report actuals through monthly close

Responsibilities

• Create, track and close capital and expense investments and disposals
• Manage asset capitalization, disposal and transfers
• Support month-end closure with journal entries
• Prepare KPI reporting and variance analyses for projects and transformation costs
• Support SOX through inventory reviews and monthly checklists
• Perform supplier reconciliations and weekly OT reporting
• Prepare business plans and monthly forecasts for project and transformation costs
• Act as a business partner with operations and support functions
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills and ownership mindset
