Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in accounting or business.
• 2–4 years of payroll, general accounting, finance, or plant accounting experience preferred.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced payroll environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Exposure to manufacturing environments, cost accounting, or budgeting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the weekly payroll cycle for hourly and salaried employees.
• Maintain UKG updates for employee changes, pay rate updates, and system adjustments.
• Prepare and submit weekly payroll reports and adjustments to Corporate Payroll.
• Assist employees and supervisors with payroll questions and policy interpretation.
• Ensure compliance with payroll-related regulations including wage and hour laws and deductions.
• Maintain mastery of payroll software and provide cross-training.
• Support monthly close activities and payroll-related reporting at plant level.
