Plant Finance Manager Responsibilities:

• Partner with plant leadership to support initiatives in safety, quality, and productivity.
• Deliver comprehensive financial reports (daily to annual) with meaningful commentary and forecasting.
• Develop models that translate numbers into strategic insights across plant and supply chain functions.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities, monitor performance trends, and analyze variances.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Manage plant-level financial controls and ensure SAP data integrity.
• Collaborate with IT and operations to drive system improvements.
• Support external audit processes with accurate and timely data.

Plant Finance Manager Requirements:

• 5–7 years of progressive experience in corporate or plant finance (CPG background a plus).
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Proficiency in SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze data and develop big-picture solutions.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
