Job summary

NPAworldwide is seeking a Divisional Plant Controller for a brand-new flagship plant and distribution hub in the Atlanta metro. This role leads the formation of the plant finance function during a full build-out, with heavy interaction with operations and senior leadership.

You will own P&L drivers, including efficiency, BOM accuracy, scrap and waste, absorption, and plant spend, while creating the AOP, budgets, forecasts and capital tracking.

Qualifications

• Plant/manufacturing controller experience including build-out/start-up/relocation.
• Fluency in plant/cost finance: OEE, BOM, absorption, scrap/waste, forecasting, AOP and budgets, capital.
• Self-directed with demonstrated process documentation and training.
• Willing to be onsite at McDonough, GA through the build with potential hybrid later.

Responsibilities

• Stand up and own the plant finance function end to end (controls, processes, reporting, close).
• Own the plant P&L drivers: efficiency/OEE, BOM accuracy, scrap/waste, absorption, plant spend, variance analysis.
• Partner with the plant director daily; provide hands-on finance support.
• Build the annual operating plan (AOP), budgets, forecasts, and capitalization tracking.
• Create, document, and train new processes, controls, and reporting cadence.
• Be both hands-on and strategic: execute journal entries and drive direction.
