Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a Senior Plant Accountant to own the full suite of site-level accounting, product costing, and financial forecasting. You will serve as the primary finance partner to plant operations leadership, reporting directly to the CFO.

Transactions for accounts payable and accounts receivable are handled by the shared services organization; you will liaise with them to ensure accuracy, resolve exceptions, and maintain proper site-level coding

Qualifications

• Full breadth of site-level accounting, product costing, and financial forecasting.
• Partner with plant operations leadership and the Chief Financial Officer.
• Work with the shared services organization for AP/AR processing and liaison.

Responsibilities

• Own site-level accounting, product costing, and financial forecasting.
• Serve as on-site liaison to the shared services team for AP/AR processing and exception resolution.
• Help build finance infrastructure, controls, and reporting for a standalone manufacturing operation.
