Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a Plant Controller at Hill's Pet Nutrition in Bowling Green, KY. This role leads the site’s finance function, guiding budgeting, cost control, capital ROI, and continuous improvement initiatives to support manufacturing excellence.

You will partner with plant leadership to optimize variances, manage capital investments, and drive process automation across accounts payable and financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related business field.
• 7+ years in corporate or plant finance/accounting.
• 3+ years in people leadership of finance/accounting professionals.
• Able to work in manufacturing and office environments including plant floors.

Responsibilities

• Lead site budget processes, LE preparation, and monthly close with variance insights.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to manufacturing partners and optimize costs.
• Mentor the plant finance team and maintain governance and internal controls.
