Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company seeks a Plant Controller for the Mason City Plant to lead budgeting, monthly close, and financial reporting. You will drive cost forecasts, productivity, and internal controls while guiding the plant finance team to support strategic decisions.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years in finance or accounting management, SAP expertise and strong leadership, analytics, and communication skills; CPA or MBA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires a B.S. in Business or Accounting/Finance and professional accounting knowledge.
• Experience in manufacturing finance, budgeting, and close processes.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills, with attention to detail and proactive mindset.
• Familiarity with SAP and costing systems a must.

Responsibilities

• Report and present financial results, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders.
• Manage month-end close and reconciliation of plant accounts in SAP.
• Lead financial forecasting, productivity analyses and cost-trend reviews.
• Drive internal controls and safeguard assets per GAAP/SOX policies.
• Develop and mentor direct reports and support plant initiatives.
