Job summary

JBS USA Plumrose USA is seeking a Finance Manager to lead monthly close, budgeting, and financial analysis for the prepared foods division. This role partners with operations to drive cost control and performance improvements.

The ideal candidate has a BA/BS in Accounting, strong knowledge of SAP and MS Office, excellent communication, and the ability to supervise staff while maintaining internal controls. Equal opportunity employer; competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Accounting, or related field.
• Ability to analyze financial data and prepare reports.
• Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles.
• MS Office proficiency, SAP proficiency strongly preferred
• Excellent professional communication - both written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• A team player with a positive, can do attitude and agility to flex multiple work streams.

Responsibilities

• Assist management with monthly/quarterly/annual reporting package.
• Perform P&L explanation for key variances in Price, Mix, Volume and Cost drivers.
• Analyze current and past financial data and performance.
• Prepare reports and projections based on this analysis.
• Establish and evaluate profit plans.
• Identify trends in financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Provide financial models and forecasting.
• Prepare budgets and forecasts including ZBB (zero based budgeting).
• Maintain internal finance systems and drives performance measurements from a financial view.
