Job summary

Daniels Health seeks a Financial Analyst in Sturtevant, WI, a plant-based hybrid role with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. You will partner with Operations, Sales, Transport and Customer Service to turn data into actionable decisions, influencing profitability and performance across the plant and Midwest business.

You will analyze margins, pricing, cost-to-serve, and budgeting, supporting monthly close and scenario planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related discipline.
• 2+ years’ experience in public accounting, commercial finance, FP&A or related analytical role.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with large data sets.
• Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, modelling and variance analysis.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP or similar).
• Exposure to BI/reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Turn operational and commercial data into clear, practical recommendations.
• Support profitability analysis across customers, pricing, service arrangements and cost-to-serve.
• Evaluate RFPs, contract renewals and new-business opportunities for commercial soundness.
• Collaborate with Operations and Transport to improve capacity utilization and cost efficiency.
• Provide performance reporting, KPIs, dashboards and actionable insights.
• Assist monthly close with P&L review, expense analysis, and variance commentary.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, modelling and scenario planning.
• Investigate data issues and drive process improvements.
• Develop stronger reporting tools and improve data quality and usefulness.
