Cornerstone Staffing, Inc – Loxo seeks an experienced Financial Analyst to partner with plant leadership and cross-functional teams, evaluating financial performance, improving operational efficiency, and supporting strategic decisions in a manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in manufacturing finance and cost accounting, with strong Excel and SAP skills, and a proven ability to translate data into actionable insights for budgeting, forecasting, and CAPEX analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5–7 years of manufacturing finance experience.
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot, lookups, complex formulas).

Responsibilities

• Partner with manufacturing and operations to improve plant efficiency.
• Analyze costs, volumes, variances against targets.
• Develop standard costing and product costing methodologies.
• Monitor inventory valuation and DIOH.
• Support month-end close and financial reporting.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and three-year planning.
• Prepare financial reports for plant leadership.
• Model ROI, IRR, and NPV for capital investments.
• Oversee capex depreciation impacts.
• Ensure SOX compliance and internal controls.
• Contribute to Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
