Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years experience in Industrial Maintenance or Facility Maintenance.
• Must be able to work from heights and ladders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain plant building and grounds including HVAC systems and utility distribution.
• Perform maintenance tasks across multiple trades (carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical, HVAC).
• Interpret blueprints, layouts, and specifications.
• Record work activities and update CMMS.
