Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-year degree in electronics/maintenance mechanics or 3+ years in maintenance mechanic role.
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, machine shop, electricity, or electronics.
• Working knowledge of CMMS.
• Lockout/tagout programs knowledge.
• Experience with boiler operations; ammonia or cooling media experience.
• Ability to stick/TIG weld small repairs.
• Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Strong math and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good communication; able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical problems with plant equipment (drive systems, HVAC, hydraulics, pneumatics).
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical problems (wiring, circuits, fuses, switches, motors, drives).
• Perform preventive maintenance on all plant equipment.
• Perform building maintenance (air conditioning, lights, forklifts).
• Report food safety and quality issues to appropriate personnel.
