Job summary

Sora Resource Group seeks an Environmental Program Director to lead all environmental engineering, compliance and sustainability efforts for a large manufacturing plant and three distribution centers in the region. The role requires steering complex programs, guiding the environmental professionals, and reporting to the General Manager.

Ideal candidates will have deep expertise in air permitting (Title V, PSD/NSR), water and waste management, and a proven history of managing multi-person teams

Qualifications

• Experience leading environmental programs at plant level.
• Proven ability to manage environmental professionals.
• Experience with air permitting (Title V, PSD/NSR).
• Water and waste management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction for environmental, compliance, and sustainability activities.
• Direct supervision of the environmental team including engineers and technicians.
• Interface with General Manager and plant leadership on environmental strategy.
• Travel up to 25% as needed.
