Job summary

Top Echelon LLC seeks an experienced environmental leader to guide engineering, compliance and sustainability for a major manufacturing plant and three distribution centers. You will shape strategy, ensure regulatory compliance and drive performance across multiple sites.

You will supervise a diverse team, including engineers and support staff, and report to the General Manager. Travel up to 25% may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and directing environmental programs at a plant level.
• Proven leadership and people-management capabilities.
• Strong technical knowledge in air permits, water, and waste management.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction for environmental engineering, compliance and sustainability for a large plant and distribution centers.
• Direct supervision of a large team including environmental engineers, an environmental technician and hourly staff.
• Report to the General Manager and coordinate with site leadership.
