Responsibilities

• Lead Safety / Health metrics for the dept to meet site objectives.
• Direct plant project engineers and maintenance/tooling personnel.
• Interpret and enforce engineering specs, equipment, and facilities compliance.
• Collaborate with corporate engineering on plant improvements.
• Manage the Plant Technical Staff to support and troubleshoot PLC/Robotics/Mechanics.
• Oversee capital projects and annual budget justification for operations.
• Ensure environmental compliance for Richmond manufacturing.
• Help formulate long-range goals and objectives.
