We are seeking a Plant Engineering Manager to lead complex automation and engineering capital projects within a fast‑growing manufacturing business that is investing in state‑of‑the‑art technology. This autonomous, high‑impact role involves collaborating with senior leadership, engineering teams, and external contractors while fostering technical growth for both yourself and your team.

Base Pay Range

$140,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex automation and engineering capital projects.
• Play a vital role in the design, development, and construction of the organization’s largest facility.
• Lead a team of 5 engineers, upskilling and developing them.
• Serve as an expert in processing engineering and manufacturing activities, providing a high degree of autonomy to enhance plant performance.
