Job Juncture in Janesville, WI seeks a Plant Engineering Manager to lead engineering, utilities, maintenance and stores improvement at a flagship facility. You will report to the Plant Manager and develop technical strategies, drive capital projects, and provide senior leadership input.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Engineering Degree.
• 8+ years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in Food manufacturing.
• Strategy and Budget planning of multi-million dollar projects.
• Ability to collaborate as a member of a senior level innovation think tank.
• Continuous Improvement experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develop 1 to 5 year capital plan with various functions such as Safety, Quality, Operations, Maintenance, Finance.
• Lead capital projects that improve automation, safety, quality, reduce costs, improve production efficiencies, and customer service.
• Provide engineering thought leadership in the fields of automation and production design think creatively and proactively.
• Support the Plant by providing project and technical support.
• Manage the Utilities team and ensure functionality and compliance within the plant utilities processes such as: Refrigeration, Ammonia, Nitrogen, Steam, Natural Gas and Compressed Air.
