Responsibilities
- Design, construction, maintenance, and/or repair of plant equipment and machinery
- Establish standards and policies for operating procedures and inspection of maintenance equipment
- Routine facility maintenance including plant electrical infrastructure, chilled water systems, HVAC and air exchange systems, facility structural maintenance, compressed air systems, and water systems
- Develop monitoring systems to evaluate the health of facility maintenance
- Coordinate all preventative maintenance through in-plant labor and outside services
- Manage technicians to accomplish engineering department tasks
- Perform technician tasks as needed to ensure ongoing positive operation of the facility, including maintaining product water and mineral injection systems, filtration, CIP tasks, ozone, filler sanitation, and batching support
- Contribute to plant projects and data collection initiatives related to corporate requests; execute tasks in areas requiring evaluation and corrective action
- Drive cost-savings and other projects to support company strategies
- Act as a vocal safety advocate; promote safety behaviors and culture in plant management meetings
- Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 6 years of experience in a field or similar manufacturing environment
- 6 years of experience in the specified position
- 6 years of experience managing people or projects

- 10+ years of experience in a field or similar manufacturing environment

Education
- Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
