Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC is seeking a qualified maintenance and facilities leader to design, maintain, and improve plant equipment and electrical systems. The role focuses on safety, cost-saving projects, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering and operations teams.

Ideal candidates have extensive experience in manufacturing environments, bachelor's or higher in engineering, and a track record of managing people and projects in dynamic settings.

Responsibilities

  • Design, construction, maintenance, and/or repair of plant equipment and machinery.
  • Establish standards and policies for operating procedures and inspection of maintenance equipment.
  • Routine facility maintenance including plant electrical infrastructure, chilled water systems, HVAC and air exchange systems.
  • Develop monitoring systems to evaluate the health of facility maintenance.
  • Coordinate all preventative maintenance through in-plant labor and outside services.
  • Manage technicians to accomplish engineering department tasks.
  • Perform technician tasks as needed to ensure ongoing positive operation of the facility, including maintaining product water and mineral injection systems, filtration, CIP tasks, ozone, filler sanitation, and batching support.
  • Contribute to plant projects and data collection initiatives related to corporate requests; execute tasks in areas requiring evaluation and corrective action.
  • Drive cost-savings and other projects to support company strategies.
  • Act as a vocal safety advocate; promote safety behaviors and culture in plant management meetings.

  • Manage technicians to accomplish engineering department tasks
  • Perform technician tasks as needed to ensure ongoing positive operation of the facility, including maintaining product water and mineral injection systems, filtration, CIP tasks, ozone, filler sanitation, and batching support
  • Contribute to plant projects and data collection initiatives related to corporate requests; execute tasks in areas requiring evaluation and corrective action
  • Drive cost-savings and other projects to support company strategies
