Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years manufacturing experience with focus on engineering or project management.
• Minimum 5 years managing capital and departmental budgets.
• Minimum 3 years in a people leadership or supervisory role.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP) and collaborative digital tools (Google Suite).

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary technical team to exceed plant KPIs and foster cross-functional collaboration.
• Participate in Strategic Leadership Team to set direction and drive continuous improvement for the plant.
• Develop and manage the facility capital and maintenance budgets.
• Coordinate with EOHS and Quality to ensure safety, quality, and sanitation guidelines are followed.
• Ensure training for new methods and systems to enhance technical skills.
• Develop and maintain the plant's 5-year capital plan and its implementation.
• Lead energy management and optimization projects.
• Ensure EMO's are conducted to verify process/equipment meets design specs and that personnel are trained.
• Support Quality Assurance and Food Safety initiatives and enforce policies.
