The role requires a strong background in mechanical/electrical systems, SAP, and extensive leadership experience to advance plant reliability and safety culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field with 10+ years in engineering management.
• Master’s degree preferred with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years in leadership including team development and management.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital projects from concept to completion—on time, on budget, and with safety standards.
• Minimize disruption and enhance plant capabilities through strategic improvements.
• Develop and execute maintenance strategies—Preventive, Predictive, and TPM.
• Lead and inspire the maintenance team through delegation and safety-first planning.
• Resolve daily operational issues with proactive long-term fixes.
• Develop and track KPIs to measure maintenance effectiveness and OE.
• Grow engineering talent via coaching and collaboration with HR.
