Qualifications

• Strong MS Office skills with advanced Excel.
• Strong communication skills interfacing with stakeholders.
• Self-starter able to work independently.
• Experience in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work onsite at Traverse City, MI Plant.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to multiple CI projects in a fast-paced environment (continuous improvement, digital systems, equipment projects, and the summer leadership presentation).
• Assist in maximizing equipment capability and drive process for consistency.
• Collaborate with operators to capture best practices and create standardization documents.
• Manage two CI projects from start to finish to develop and implement efficiency gains.
• Assist in developing learning module tools and digitizing floor data for Redzone utilization.
