Qualifications

• Experience supporting manufacturing operations and improving equipment reliability.
• Strong problem‑solving skills in a fast‑paced production environment.
• Understanding of hygienic equipment design and food safety considerations.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering operations, equipment reliability and continuous improvement across the facility.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and improve manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, Production, Sanitation and Quality teams to reduce downtime and optimize performance.
