You will develop, implement, and manage projects, work with production and maintenance, and focus on improving throughput, equipment reliability, uptime, and energy efficiency with safety at the forefront.

The role involves supporting maintenance, leading plant improvement projects, and collaborating with production to implement improvements while extending asset life.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial or Electrical).
• At least 5 years of project engineering experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

• Implements project improvements to drive manufacturing performance (speed, waste reduction, cost, quality).
• Identifies areas for engineering and financial improvement and prioritizes capital projects.
• Ensures safe and effective introduction of new equipment and process improvements.
