You will lead a team, driving continuous improvement and developing people within a servant leadership culture. The ideal candidate has a strong mechanical background and over 5 years of leadership experience in manufacturing. This full-time position offers a base pay range of $165,000 - $190,000 plus annual bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Coach and develop team members.
• Track and improve KPIs in safety, quality, and productivity.
• Oversee plant expansions or major projects.

Skills

Strong mechanical background
