Honeywell Northford (CT) seeks an experienced HSE Manager to lead health, safety, and environmental programs on-site. You will report to the Site Director and Region HSE Director, guiding a team to drive world-class HSE performance at the Northford flagship site.
Responsibilities include strategy development, regulatory compliance, incident investigations, and continuous improvement. This role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, leadership accountability, and sustainable safety culture.
As an HSE Manager here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the organization's health, safety, and environmental efforts. You will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of health and safety for employees, compliance with environmental regulations, and the implementation of best practices that support operational excellence and sustainable business performance.
You will report directly to our Site Director and Matrix to the Regional HSE Director and work out of our Northford, CT location on a full‑time on‑site work schedule.
In this role, you will impact our organization by overseeing the development and implementation of health, safety, and environmental programs that ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards. As Northford advances as a Honeywell Technologies Flagship Site, you will play a critical leadership role in driving a culture of safety excellence, leadership accountability, employee engagement, and continuous improvement. Your ability to influence stakeholders and integrate HSE principles into business processes and decision‑making will help establish Northford as a benchmark for world‑class HSE performance across Honeywell Technologies.

The annual base salary range for this position is $132,000 - $165,500. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
