Job summary

The Sterling Choice is assisting a food ingredients manufacturer in Nebraska to identify an experienced manufacturing leader. You will oversee ~125 people across production, maintenance, quality, safety, sanitation and site performance at a growing facility.

Base salary circa $200,000 with bonus and long-term incentives; relocation to Nebraska may be considered as the company expands capabilities and volumes.

Now it needs an experienced manufacturing leader who can turn that opportunity into consistent results.

This food ingredients manufacturer is investing in leadership across a network of 14 sites and growing. At this facility, recent expansion has created capacity and opportunity, alongside the challenges that come with scaling an operation.

You’ll lead a team of approximately 125 people, with responsibility across production, maintenance, quality, safety, sanitation and site performance.

The opportunity is to build on that investment: improve reliability, strengthen processes, develop your leadership team and create a culture where people understand the goals and take ownership of delivering them.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead daily operations while building plans for longer-term growth.

YOUR BACKGROUND

You’ll bring substantial leadership experience within food manufacturing, with responsibility for plant performance, people and operating budgets.

Dairy, ingredients or process manufacturing experience would be valuable. Outside of this Food Manufacturing is essential.

Experience managing expansion, startups or operational improvement would also translate well.
