Job summary

Crown Health Care Laundry Services is seeking a Custodian to maintain cleanliness throughout the plant. The role involves performing daily janitorial tasks, sweeping floors, emptying trash, and assisting with loading/unloading duties as needed.

Responsibilities include detailed restroom cleaning, ensuring fixtures are spotless, and adhering to the company cleaning schedule. The custodian will also support tool washing and general facility upkeep as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic daily janitorial tasks as directed.
• Floors swept in aisles and under machinery.
• Empty all trash receptacles.
• Blow down plant as requested for lint.
• Move/relocate items as requested by Plant Manager or Plant Supervisors.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks as requested.
• Assist with cart washing.
• Assist with cleaning tools as requested.
• Rest rooms cleaned daily per company standards.
• Toilets scrubbed including outside of bowl to floor; seats kept clean and dry.
• Sinks and faucets kept clean with no water stains or scum.
• Mirrors clean and spot free.
• Walls wiped down with mild cleaning solution.
• Tops of baseboards scrubbed to reduce dust build up.
• Break room kept trash-free and tables wiped.
• Parking lot kept trash free; fence line kept trash free.
• Follow a detailed cleaning schedule.
• Any other duties as assigned.
