Job summary

Crown Health Care Laundry Services is seeking a Custodian to maintain cleanliness across the plant, support safety, and uphold sanitation standards. Responsibilities include daily janitorial tasks, trash removal, restroom cleaning, floor care, loading/unloading assistance, and following a cleaning schedule.

The role emphasizes reliability and attention to detail. This on-site position requires a proactive team player who can move items as directed by the Plant Manager and help with general site

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job, with or without an accommodation.
• Unrelenting desire to do the job properly.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic daily janitorial tasks as directed.
• Ensure floors are swept in aisles and under machinery.
• Empty all trash receptacles.
• Blow down plant as requested for lint.
• Move/relocate items as requested by Plant Manager or Plant Supervisors.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks as requested.
• Assist with cart washing.
• Assist with cleaning tools as requested.
• Restrooms cleaned daily per company standards.
• Toilets scrubbed including surrounding areas; keep seats dry.
• Sinks and faucets kept clean with no water stains or scum.
• Mirrors clean and spot free.
• Walls wiped with mild cleaning solution.
• Baseboards scrubbed to reduce dust buildup.
• Break room kept trash-free and tables wiped.
• Parking lot kept trash free and linen free.
• Follow a detailed cleaning schedule.
• Any other duties as assigned or deemed necessary.
