Job summary

Crown Health Care Laundry Services in Louisiana is seeking a Custodian to support plant cleanliness and daily upkeep across production areas.

You will perform basic daily janitorial tasks, sweep floors, empty trash, assist with loading/unloading trucks, cart washing, and cleaning tools and restrooms. A reliable, detail-oriented approach is required to maintain sanitation standards.

Able to follow a cleaning schedule and work with Plant Managers and Supervisors to ensure a safe, clean environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform basic daily janitorial tasks as directed.
• Sweep floors in aisles and under machinery; empty trash receptacles; blow down plant for lint.
• Move/relocate items as requested by Plant Manager or Plant Supervisors.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks; cart washing; cleaning tools.
• Ensure rest rooms are cleaned daily; toilets, sinks, mirrors, and walls kept clean.
• Keep break room and parking lot free of trash; follow a detailed cleaning schedule.
• Perform any other duties as assigned or deemed necessary.
