Responsibilities include trash disposal, floor care, dusting, setting up meeting spaces, and performing general maintenance as directed. A strong attendance record and ability to follow written instructions are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable/excellent attendance record.
• Negative drug screen.
• Able to work cooperatively with co-workers.
• Adherence to personal protection requirements (safety glasses, etc.).
• Adherence to company general policies and quality procedures.

Responsibilities

• Dispose of all trash in production areas daily in appropriate receptacles.
• Maintain break area in clean and sanitary conditions on daily basis including refrigerators, sinks, microwaves and eating tables.
• Clean and polish lunchroom floors per desired schedule, using brooms, mops & floor scrubber.
• Sweeping/mopping stairs, floor mats, etc.
• Dusting building columns, rails, lunchroom computer stations, etc.
• Set up tables and chairs for meetings.
• Various general maintenance tasks as directed.
