Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of accounting experience in manufacturing or cost accounting.
• Strong costing, inventory valuation, and variance analysis knowledge.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Own cost accounting, inventory valuation, and variance analysis.
• Lead month-end close, journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Prepare plant P&L with variance commentary vs budget/forecast.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for production.
• Track capital expenditures and manage fixed assets ledger.
• Ensure internal controls, GAAP compliance, and assist audits.
