Job summary

The Judge Group seeks a Plant Controller for a Michigan manufacturing facility. The role focuses on managing financials, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, and cost control to support operations.

The ideal candidate will have a BS in Business Administration/Finance/Accounting, manufacturing controllership experience, advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills, and knowledge of Oracle or Hyperion to drive cost efficiencies.

Qualifications

• BS in Business Administration and/or Finance/Accounting from an accredited institution.
• Financial/controllership work experience in a manufacturing environment in finance field.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• MBA, CMA and/or CPA.
• Plant Controller experience for a manufacturing facility with at least $150 million in annual revenues.
• High proficiency in MS Office; experience with Oracle, Hyperion, or similar systems.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Strong cost accounting skills – multi level routing and BOM costing.

Responsibilities

• Manage plant financials, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Oversee cost accounting processes including routing and BOM costing.
• Ensure accuracy of financial reporting and internal controls in a manufacturing setting.
• Collaborate with operations to drive cost reductions and efficiency.
