Job summary

ProAmpac is seeking an experienced Plant Controller to lead accounting and FP&A for one of our largest manufacturing sites with 100M+ revenue. You will partner with plant leadership to drive financial excellence, supervise close processes, GL, cost accounting, budgeting, and key analyses.

You will also drive inventory working capital improvements and support strategic operational initiatives while presenting financial status to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Minimum 10 years of financial management experience in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop financial policies and procedures with site-wide impact.
• Analyze financial data and present accurate monthly/quarterly/annual statements.
• Drive FP&A support with site leadership and manage close processes.
• Lead inventory working capital management and cost improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate audits and ensure compliance across site finances.
• Prepare consolidated reports and ad hoc analyses for leadership.
