Responsibilities include cost accounting, inventory oversight, forecasting, and reporting, with close collaboration with operations and supply chain to optimize financial and operational results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5-10 years of manufacturing finance experience.
• Strong plant accounting exposure.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems.
• Advanced Excel and financial systems skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as financial leader and trusted partner to plant leadership.
• Lead plant accounting: cost accounting, inventory controls, variance analysis, accruals, BOM accuracy, forecasting, reporting.
• Analyze monthly financial results and provide actionable operational insights.
• Partner with operations, production, and supply chain to improve performance.
• Lead annual operating plans (AOP), forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Monitor labor, material, overhead, freight, inventory, and cost drivers.
• Ensure accuracy of inventory reporting and physical inventories.
