ProAmpac is seeking an experienced Plant Controller for its Franklin Park, IL operation. This on-site leadership role partners with operations to drive performance, cost control, and continuous improvement across a >$100M plant budget.

You will oversee cost accounting, inventory accuracy, forecasting, and GAAP-compliant financial reporting, delivering actionable insights and guiding strategic decisions for profitability.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5–10 years of manufacturing finance experience with plant accounting exposure.
• Experience as a Plant Controller, Cost Manager, or similar role preferred.
• Strong cost accounting, variance analysis, and inventory management expertise.
• Proficient in forecasting, budgeting, ERP/MRP systems, and advanced Excel.
• Effective communicator with leadership ability to influence across ops and finance.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as financial leader and partner to plant leadership.
• Lead all plant accounting activities including cost accounting and BOM accuracy.
• Oversee inventory controls, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Analyze monthly results and provide actionable operational insights.
• Collaborate with operations, production, and supply chain to boost performance.
• Lead annual operating plans and strategic planning activities.
• Monitor labor, materials, overhead, and cost drivers.
• Maintain internal controls and GAAP compliance.
• Support continuous improvement through financial analysis.
